Super Eagles and Leicester City forward Ahmed Musa has tied the knot with his new heartthrob Juliet Ejue in a court ceremony that held on Tuesday, May 23.
With the Premier League season over, Musa who divorced his wife and mother of his two children quickly flew into Nigeria to wed his new wife, Juliet Ejue at a court ceremony.
Musa and Juliet have reportedly been dating for two years and did their introduction in March ahead of their wedding.
Ahmed Musa had recently divorced his wife, Jamila, by giving her Saki Uku (a final divorce notice)
Jamila was reported to have since returned to Kano and trying to get her life together again. The footballer was also reported to have to have offered her one of his houses in Kano and also a recent model of a Honda car.
But a close source recently revealed that Jamila is not keen to end the marriage. According to the source, her only issue with Musa’s plan to marry a second wife is the religion of the new woman.
“Juliet is a Christian and while Jamila does not have a problem with it, she is confused
“She does not have a problem with Musa marrying a second wife, he’s a Muslim, she always knew it was just a matter of time before he got himself a second wife.
“But she is a Christian and Musa is a Muslim so she does not understand it.”
Juliet Ejue hails from Cross Rivers state but resides in Lagos. Musa who earns about £40,000 per-week at Leicester City had gotten her a place in the affluent area of Lekki and bought her a Mercedes Benz C300.
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old has reportedly spent N500m on a new sports complex which will be opened on Thursday, June 15.
The facility is said to have has two five-a-side pitches, a gymnasium, lounge, restaurant and a large multipurpose events hall.
The Leicester City forward revealed that the sports complex will serve as a venue for the football loving people of Kano to train.
